For this day, we started getting ready at Lashes & Lace Studio on Market Street in downtown Charleston, which gave the bridal party a beautiful, bright space for hair and makeup before heading to the plantation. From fun giggles with the bride, giggles between the wedding party, and intentional moments between the couple, Magnolia provides the perfect mix of grandeur and intimacy for photos.

For this wedding, we started on the charming bridge that stretches across the pond, where the water reflected the lush greenery surrounding us. After the emotional first dances outdoors, guests moved inside to the Carriage House for dinner and toasts. The space itself blended modern comfort with rustic charm, creating the perfect atmosphere for an evening filled with laughter, heartfelt words, and celebration.

As the couple’s closest friends and family took the microphone, the room filled with stories that were equal parts funny and sentimental. Guests raised their glasses, clinked champagne flutes, and wiped away happy tears while celebrating the couple’s love story.

Before the dance party officially began, we snuck away for portraits during golden hour as the sky softened into dusk. The gardens beside the Carriage House gave us a romantic, intimate backdrop filled with soft light and greenery. From there, we walked down by the river where the glow of the evening added warmth and depth to every frame. To finish, the couple grabbed their signature cocktails from the bar, and we captured playful portraits that felt both celebratory and stylish. It was an unforgettable way to transition into the night ahead.

With her new husband and their friends hyping her up from the floor, she spun tracks that kept the crowd wild with excitement. It was pure joy…unfiltered, unforgettable, and the perfect ending to a day already overflowing with love.
