Charleston weddings just hit different, and Creek Club at I’On was the perfect spot for this one. With waterfront views, Spanish moss-draped oak trees, and that laid-back Southern charm, it set the scene for a day full of love, happy tears, and one seriously hype dance floor.
The couple kicked off the day getting ready in historic Airbnbs in downtown Charleston, soaking up all the charm of cobblestone streets and old-world architecture. Before heading to the ceremony, the bride had a first look with her parents on the porch, and let’s just say there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. Then a first look with the bride and groom followed where the groom gave his jacket to the bride when the Charleston spring air got a little chilly, proving once again that chivalry isn’t dead.
Their ceremony? Emotional, sweet, and full of happy tears. The vows were straight from the heart, the setting was pure magic, and the love in the air was undeniable.
